Settings reference

Every settings page in one list: what it changes, who can save it, and what to watch out for when you change it.

How to read this page

One entry per settings page, in the order of the settings rail. "Who" names the role that can save; Owners can save everything. Pages that belong to a product or a module you do not have are simply absent from your rail.

Workspace

General
Workspace name, timezone, automatic re-routing of bounced deliveries, how imported revenue counts in reports.
Who: Owner saves; Admins read.
Watch out: Changing the timezone shifts every report day boundary. Bounce re-routing sells a bounced lead to the next buyer with no human step.
Brand
Logo, colours and business identity for portals, forms, emails and invoices.
Who: Owner.
Watch out: An empty logo slot is what your customers see on invoices and reports until you upload one.
Team
Invite Owners, Admins and CRM Agents; scope agent permissions; revoke agents.
Who: Owner invites and revokes; Admins read.
Watch out: Roles are fixed at invite time. Invitations expire after seven days.
Terminology
Rename Lead, Catchall and Falloff.
Who: Owner.
Watch out: Applies to queues, the Leads page, dashboard, reports, notifications and calendar titles; not to sidebar labels, buyer emails or the portal.
Modules
Switch the real-estate surfaces on or off.
Who: Owner; real-estate workspaces on the full tier.
Watch out: Data is kept when a module is off.
Dashboard
Which cards your own dashboard shows.
Who: Each member, for themselves.
Watch out: Hiding the pipeline card also hides the numbers the tour points at.
Texting
Connect your own texting provider and pick the sending number.
Who: Owners and Admins.
Watch out: You paste the inbound webhook address into your provider yourself; until then replies and STOP requests do not arrive.

Leads

Lead Types and Fields
The shape of a lead: fields, types, required and sensitive marks, enum values and display labels.
Who: Owners and Admins.
Watch out: Required fields are the completeness rule. Archiving a field silently drops it from hosted forms and makes tier conditions on it fail.
Sources
API keys, the email intake address, hosted-form and manual sources; unknown-field policy and field mapping per source.
Who: Owners and Admins create and edit; Owners rotate keys.
Watch out: A key is shown once. A rotated key keeps working for the overlap you choose, then returns an error and those leads are lost, not queued. Pause has no effect on form or manual sources.
Hosted Forms
Branded, consent-capturing form links; steps, fields, wording, colours.
Who: Owners and Admins.
Watch out: Forms are live the moment they exist. The list鈥檚 Preview opens the live form.
Lead Imports
CSV or Excel imports of client records and, separately, notes and follow-ups.
Who: Owners and Admins.
Watch out: "Route these leads now" delivers and bills every complete row immediately. Consent evidence is recorded only when wording exists (a mapped column or the workspace default).
Campaigns
Plain names for the ad campaigns your leads arrive from.
Who: Owner.
Watch out: Filters use the label you set.
Leads Page
Columns and shared saved views on the Leads index.
Who: Owners and Admins.
Watch out: Saved views are shared with the whole team.

Routing

Pipeline Overview
A read-only picture of your routing plus the default maximum sales per lead.
Who: Owner saves the default.
Watch out: Raising the default enables multi-sell for every new lead unless a tier overrides it.
Tier Ladder
Tiers, rules, prices, order, pause and archive; test a lead; version history.
Who: Owners and Admins, including price and publish.
Watch out: Saving publishes. Price is read at delivery. The default new-tier rule matches every complete lead; replace it before saving.
Falloff and Partials
Whether partials are accepted and how long they wait per lead type.
Who: Owner.
Watch out: Refusing partials makes every progressive form step fail until the final complete post.
Meta Ads
Connect an ad account read-only and set the cost-per-lead target the Ads page colours against.
Who: Owner.
Watch out: "Delete all Meta data" cannot be undone.
Invoicing
How your invoices and documents look and how clients pay you.
Who: Owner saves; Admins read.
Watch out: The same kit renders every document, so a change here changes CMAs and reports too.

CRM

Stages
Pipeline stage names, order, colours and which are terminal; templates.
Who: Owners and Admins.
Watch out: Re-routed leads land in the first terminal stage by position. Applying a template replaces every stage after one confirm.
Completion Form
What the Finish application tab shows: the guided form, a template, or your own HTML.
Who: Owner; full CRM tier.
Watch out: Custom HTML is sanitized; the docs page lists what is stripped.
Lead View
The default lead-record layout.
Who: Owner; full CRM tier.
Watch out: Members can still adjust their own view.
Visibility
Whether routed leads show in your CRM and whether Catchall and Falloff show on the Leads page.
Who: Each member, for themselves.
Watch out: Routed leads stay searchable either way.
Home Valuation Page
Headline, intro, consent wording and on/off for your public valuation link.
Who: Owners and Admins; real-estate module.
Watch out: Weakening the consent wording weakens the CASL record on every seller lead. Pausing turns links already in ads into a dead page.
CMA
Defaults every new CMA starts from.
Who: Owner; real-estate module.
Watch out: The document brand lives under Invoicing, not here.
Transaction Checklist
The checklist every deal starts from.
Who: Owners and Admins; real-estate module.
Watch out: Editing mints a new version; live deals keep theirs.
Nurture Defaults
Intended defaults for seller market reports and buyer listing alerts.
Who: Owner; real-estate module.
Watch out: Today these settings are not yet read by the automation: seller reports run on a fixed monthly cadence and alerts are set per contact.
Configuration Snapshot
Export your setup as a file to seed another workspace.
Who: Owners and Admins; full CRM tier.
Watch out: It contains your whole settings record, including billing identity and tier prices, but no contacts, leads or consents.

Email

Templates
The HTML email and the ADF subject buyers receive per tier; placeholders; assignment per tier.
Who: Owners and Admins.
Watch out: An unknown placeholder renders blank in the preview and the send. The ADF body itself is fixed.
Sending Domain
Send from your own domain.
Who: Owner.
Watch out: Until verified, mail sends from routedeck.ca.

You

Your Profile
Name, title, phone, contact email and headshot printed on documents you send.
Who: Every member, for themselves.
Watch out: Your sign-in address is never printed.
Account Security
Authenticator app, email sign-in codes, active sessions, account deletion.
Who: Every member, for themselves.
Watch out: Once a factor is verified, every page requires it. Deleting your account deletes any workspace where you are the only member.
Notification Preferences
Push on this device; which events also email you; order-capacity warning marks; reply forwarding.
Who: Push is per member; the rest is Owner-only and workspace-wide.
Watch out: Switching off delivery failures and bounces removes the only out-of-app signal that a buyer is not receiving leads.
Calendar
Week start and a subscribe link for your CRM schedule.
Who: Every member; week start is Owner-only.
Watch out: The subscribe link is a secret; anyone holding it can read your schedule.
